ACEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

Acceptable Media:

• USB Mass Storage Device/Sticks
• CD-ROM or DVD
• E-mail -Send artwork files to: artwork@silverstudio.org

Acceptable File Formats:

Adobe Illustrator CS or below -PC & MAC FORMAT.

• Create outlines for all text
• Embed all images (Embedding images will increase file size)
• If you do not embed images all images must be attached with the file you are sending
• Before you send your file please save it as an .EPS file

Adobe PageMaker -PC & MAC FORMAT.

• There are problems outputting files from Adobe PageMaker, therefore, we will not accept files from PageMaker at the present time.

Adobe Photoshop -PC & MAC FORMAT. WORK ONLY IN CMYK.

• Save your file as ".tif" or ".eps" format
• Resolution must be at 300DPI
• DO NOT work at 72 dpi
• Do NOT send us RGB files
• NOTE: INCREASING RESOLUTION TO 300 DPI ONCE YOU HAVE ALREADY DESIGNED IT AT 72 DPI WILL MAKE THE IMAGE BLURRY AND DIMINISH PRINT QUALITY (read about resolution here).
